We understand things happen! We simply ask that you give us a courtesy call when you know you may be late so we can plan accordingly and be respectful to our other guests. Depending on how late you are, you may be offered a service that is shorter in time. Please be aware that if you are 15 or more minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
For school memberships and special discounts for students, you will be asked to present a current student ID. If you do not have your student ID present at the time of service, you may be subject to the full charge of the service.
For tipping, we ask that you bring cash. While it may seem like an inconvenience, cash tips better benefit the stylists and ensure that they receive 100% of the tip. We are located across the street from a 7/11 with an ATM inside as well as a Chase branch.
Cancellations, while unfortunate, are understandable and happen. We do ask to put a credit card on file for larger services or grouped services and will charge the card 50% of the service fee within 24 hours of cancellation and the entirety of the service for missed appointments.
